Ingredients

Organic Gunpowder Green Tea, Organic Lemon Balm Leaf, Organic Ginkgo Leaf, Organic, Spearmint Leaf, Organic Eleuthero Root, Organic Holy Basil Leaf, Peppermint Leaf, Organic Rosemary

Brewing Instructions

Pour 6-10 fl. oz. of hot, not boiling, water over 1 -2 tsp. of tea. Steep for 3-7 minutes.

To cold brew, place in an air tight jar with water in the refrigerator for 8-12 hours. Strain and enjoy!

This blend does contain caffeine.
