Shake before each use, settling is normal.
Take 1/2 - 1 TBS 1 - 2x a day for immune and gut health.
Take 1 TBS 1 - 2x a day at the onset of cold or flu symptoms.
Always start on a smaller dose to see how your body responds.
It will burn going down, you can always follow it down with some water or your favorite beverage.
