Shake before each use, settling is normal.
Take 1/2 - 1 TBS 1 - 2x a day for immune and gut health.
Take 1 TBS 1 - 2x a day at the onset of cold or flu symptoms.
Always start on a smaller dose to see how your body responds.
It will burn going down, you can always follow it down with some water or your favorite beverage.

I bought some of Grandaddy Willow's fire cider awhile back, and I didn't really utilize it until today. I woke up this morning with a little scratch in my throat, which also threatened to make me sick yesterday. I was like, not today Satan!! I remembered the fire cider in my cabinet, so I decided to finally try it!
Now first of all, I recommend you have something ready to drink right after you take the cider (IYKYK). I swallowed a big spoonful, and almost INSTANTLY the scratchiness in my throat was GONE. Completely. I also felt throughout my sinuses a sense of clarity, unlike I have ever felt. This stuff is truly a magical potion, and now I am hooked!!
Additionally, it is now 6:52 PM, approx 12 hours after I took the swallow, and I have not had any scratchiness in my throat all day since I took the cider. I only took a big spoonful the one time, and I was healed. This stuff is powerful. How many times do you have to take some DayQuil for it to only mask your symptoms while you continue to get sicker and sicker? I'm just sayin.....
(As for the taste, no, it's not my favorite, just because fire cider itself is what it is. Koby says his is not as strong-tasting as some out in the world. I wouldn't know, as this is my first experience with fire cider. Even so, I took my spoonful like a big girl, and the taste only lasted maybe 20 seconds or so. It was not bad at all, and I didn't have anything to chase it with. So.....get you some ASAP!!!)
