Ingredients

Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, White Onion, Red Onion, Lemon, Orange, Raw Unfiltered Honey, Ginger Root, Horseradish Root, Hatch Chiles (and/or Jalapeno peppers and/or Anaheim Peppers and/or Serrano Peppers), Garlic, Cinnamon, Rosemary, Turmeric, Lavender Flowers, Black Pepper, Cayenne Powder

Directions For Use

Shake before each use, settling is normal.

Take 1/2 - 1 TBS 1 - 2x a day for immune and gut health.

Take 1 TBS 1 - 2x a day at the onset of cold or flu symptoms.

Always start on a smaller dose to see how your body responds.

It will burn going down, you can always follow it down with some water or your favorite beverage.

Servings Per Bottle

The 4 ounce bottle contains approximately 8 1 tablespoon sized servings

The 8 ounce bottle contains approximately 16 1 tablespoon sized servings.
