Pour 6-10 fl. oz. of boiling water over 1-2 rounded tsp. of tea.
Steep for 7-10 minutes.
Best to drink 30 - 60 minutes before bedtime.

This is the best tea, tastes good and it’s all natural no more synthetic lab made chemicals that don’t really work. Here’s my recipe, so during the week when working the next day I use hibiscus lullaby 2 tsp about 1/2 hour before I need to be asleep. And I sleep through the night. When I’m off the next day I use 1 tsp hibiscus lullaby and 1 tsp sweet dreams 1/2 hour before sleep. This one gets me extra sleep needed I sleep in about an extra 1-2 hours.
