Pour 6-10 fl. oz. of boiling water over 1-2 tsp. of tea. Steep for 5-10 minutes.

Due to the Licorice Root, this tea should not be used during pregnancy.
Even though there is minimal licorice root in this blend, those with the following disorders should use with caution: hypertension, liver disorders, edema, severe kidney insufficiency, low blood potassium, heart disease with edema, or congestive heart failure.
