Pour 6-10 fl. oz. of boiling water over 1-2 tsp. of tea. Steep for 5-10 minutes.

Due to the Licorice Root, this tea should not be used during pregnancy.
Even though there is minimal licorice root in this blend, those with the following disorders should use with caution: hypertension, liver disorders, edema, severe kidney insufficiency, low blood potassium, heart disease with edema, or congestive heart failure.

I was diagnosed with COVID on a Thursday and felt horrible. I had all the symptoms but fever. I started drinking this 3-4 during the day and within the first hour of drinking it on the first day my chest felt lifted and not so heavy, my cough started to disappear and the pressure in my face minimized. I believe that this was the product that helped me through my COVID illness. It is so worth using when you’re not feeling up to par and it tastes sooo good with a little bit of honey!
