Our Shaded Roots Tea Blend is the perfect concoction for when you're feeling under the weather! 

Ingredients: Organic Cinnamon, Organic Ginger Root, Organic Turmeric Root, Organic Astragalus Root, Organic Chamomile Flowers, Organic Lemon Peel, Organic Lemongrass, Organic Licorice Root

Brewing Instructions: Pour 6-10 fl. oz. of boiling water over 1-2 tsp. of tea. Steep for 5-10 minutes.

*CAUTION Due to the Licorice Root, this tea should not be used during pregnancy. Even though there is minimal licorice root in this blend, those with the following disorders should use with caution: hypertension, liver disorders, edema, severe kidney insufficiency, low blood potassium, heart disease with edema, or congestive heart failure.*
