Organic Nettle Leaf, Organic Raspberry Leaf, Organic Chamomile Flowers, Organic Lavender Flowers, Organic Red Rose Buds & Petals, Organic Cinnamon, Organic ginger Root

Brewing Instructions

Pour 6-10 fl. oz. of boiling water over 1-2 tsp. of tea.

Steep for 5-10 minutes.
