Ingredients

Organic Catnip, Organic Peppermint Leaf, Organic Spearmint Leaf, Organic Lemon Balm Leaf, Organic Ashwagandha Root, Organic Blue Vervain, Organic Stevia Leaf

Brewing Instructions

Pour 6-10 fl. oz. of boiling water over 1-2 tsp. of tea. Steep for 7-10 minutes.

Breathe deeply and feel calm wash over you.

To cold brew, place in an air-tight jar with water in the refrigerator for 8-12 hours. Strain and enjoy!
