Ingredients

Organic Chamomile Flowers, Organic Hibiscus Flowers, Organic Lemongrass, Organic Passionflower, Peppermint Leaf, Mullein leaf, Organic Stevia Leaf

Brewing Instructions

Pour 6-10 fl. oz. of boiling water over 1-2 tsp. of tea. Steep for 5-10 minutes.

To cold brew, place in an air tight jar with water in the refrigerator for 8-12 hours. Strain and enjoy!
