Ingredients: Organic Chamomile Flowers, Organic Fennel Seed, Organic Fenugreek Seed, Organic Blessed Thistle, Organic Moringa Leaf, Organic Ginger Root, Organic Nettle Leaf

Brewing Directions: Pour 6–8 fl. oz. of boiling water over 1–2 tsp. of tea. Steep 8–12 minutes.  To cold brew, place in an airtight jar with water in the refrigerator for 8-12 hours. Strain and enjoy!
