Pour 6-8 fl. oz. of boiling water over 1-2 tsp. of tea. Steep for 7-12 minutes.
To cold brew, place in an airtight jar with water in the refrigerator for 8-12 hours. Strain and enjoy!

This is my all time favorite blend. It’s so smooth and tastes amazing!
This tea is such a great blend for slow mornings and winding down before bed. The lavender is so well balanced and doesn’t overpower the other ingredients. Love this tea and will definitely be buying more soon
