Apply a small amount to wherever you feel congestion or fullness. I recommend massaging a bit into your sinuses to relieve sinus pressure. If you are coughing or have chest tightness, rub some there as well. Put some just inside your nostrils and breathe deep. This can also help chapped noses.
A little bit of this cream does go a long way, just a little bit is needed. The more you use, the harder it will be for the cream to fully soak in.
