Ingredients: Organic Marshmallow Root, Organic Fennel Seed, Organic Licorice Root, Organic Calendula Flowers, Organic Dandelion Root, Organic Gunpowder Green Tea, Organic Rooibos Tea, Organic Chamomile Flowers, Organic Ginger Root
Brewing Instructions: Pour 6-10 fl. oz. of simmering water over 1-2 tsp. of tea. Steep for 4-8 minutes. To cold brew, place in an air tight jar with water in the refrigerator for 8-12 hours. Strain and enjoy!
