Suggestions For Use
1. Place 1/4 – 1/2 of the tin into a heat-safe bowl or basin.
2. Pour 4–6 cups of hot (not boiling) water over the herbs.
3. Allow to steep for 5–10 minutes to release the herbal properties.
4. Position the bowl securely under a yoni steam seat, or carefully kneel/squat over it with a blanket or towel draped around you to keep in the steam.
5. Relax and steam for 15–20 minutes, listening to your body.
6. When finished, discard herbs responsibly.

Do not steam if you are pregnant or think you might be.
Avoid steaming while menstruating.
Not recommended for those with an IUD.
Always test the steam temperature with your hand before sitting—steam should be warm and comfortable, never hot.
If you experience discomfort, dizziness, or irritation, discontinue use immediately.
