Ingredients

Organic Irish Breakfast tea (organic assam T. G. F. O. P. tea & organic China black F. O. P. tea), Meadowsweet, Organic Cinnamon, Organic Cacao Nibs, Organic Rosehips, Organic Stevia Leaf

Brewing Instructions

Pour 6-10 fl. oz. of simmering water over 1 - 2 tsp. of tea. Steep for 4 - 8 minutes.

To cold brew, place in an air tight jar with water in the refrigerator for 8-12 hours. Strain and enjoy!
