Ingredients: Organic Holy Basil, Organic Gotu Kola, Organic Lemon Balm, Organic Spearmint, Organic Pau d'Arco Bark, Organic Jasmine Flowers, Organic Wild Cherry Bark, Organic Mugwort, Organic Blue Lotus Flower, Organic Lavender Flowers, Organic Stevia Leaf

Brewing Directions: Pour 6–10 fl. oz. of boiling water over 2–3 tsp. of tea. Steep for 10–15 minutes.  To cold brew, place in an airtight jar with water in the refrigerator for 8-12 hours. Strain and enjoy!
