Moist Heat Therapy: Warm pillow up in microwave in 15 second intervals until reaches the warmth you desire. You can also use a crockpot to warm your pillow, by putting the crockpot on low and checking it every few minutes. Do not leave in unattended.
Cold Therapy: Place the pillow in freezer safe bag. Place the bagged pillow in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours or leave in the freezer for ready access.

Spot clean only. Do not use in washing machine. Careful not to use too much moisture, or the rice inside may take it on.
